Here are some of the most commonly asked questions we get!

Can I take a class in person?

BrushCapades classes were previously held in a shared gallery that has not reopened in any capacity, so for the foreseeable future, we have pivoted to having all classes online.

Do I need to purchase special supplies?

No! We prepare and mail your kit of all necessary supplies directly to you and your participants’ addresses.

Can I purchase my own supplies?

Yes! Contact us for a list of what you’ll need for the class.

Can we paint or draw our logo?

Yes! We can do a custom design for your class.

What platform is used for online classes?

We use Zoom for classes of up to 200 people, and Streamyard for larger classes. We find Zoom works best for our classes, but we’ve taught on Microsoft Teams, Amazon Chime, Google Meet and Cisco WebEx. We’re happy to meet you wherever you’re most comfortable!

Can team members in other countries participate?

Yes! We’ve had attendees from every continent!! We’ve done classes at all hours, to accommodate groups all over the world. We’re excited to paint with you, wherever you are! 

What is the refund policy?

Once materials are shipped, all sales are final. We are happy to reschedule your event for a future date if you are unable to attend your original date.

What if some people registered for my event can’t come?

We are happy to have you record the event for team members that can’t attend the live session.
